A SOCK HOP PAINTDANCE ON THE AVENUE

Wear old clothes and shoes, and thats right, Paint and Dance at the same time!!

Great music will be provided, refreshements will be available

Donation suggestion is $10, however whatever can be donated is much appreciated.

Paintdancing supports the local food banks in the war against hunger!

Founded by Matt Jones, Seattle Abstract Expressionist, and anti hunger activist, the project has gone national, and has been established in South Florida for over a year. Local International artist and anti hunger activist, Carolyn Nelson, is the regional director and organizer for Paintdancing in Florida. The efforts in Florida will also provide support in hurricane relief shoudl there be a strike in the southeastern United States region and Caribbean. Palm Beach Paintdancing is affiliated with Paintdancing.Com, and part of mashedpotatoes.org.

Paintdancing will also be filmed in Parsippany, New Jersey on March 11th, 2009, and will be aired in the North east.

    There will be a contest for who has the coolest socks, the funniest socks, and the ones with the most holes!!!!!! See you on the TARPS

      “ Only three paintdancers in socks! and a combination of tango dancers, and belly dancers and an awesome acustical drum band. About 9:30 pm, the room was rocking out! A slow start, however a great event ending in all smiles! We went OVERTIME...just too FUN!. ”
