Additional note:
We have taken a lengthy winter break and are re-emerging for the spring!! Classes will begin April 26th. The curriculum has changed a bit and will include the usual (guided imagery/meditation, drumming, art) We will also address creative blocks by doing some movement and breathwork before we sit down to make art. Also, we also want to open the sound healing portion at the end of class to everyone?so bring any instrument you like and lets play together! Feel free to contact me at any time.
