Welcome, San Francisco Artists!

Join us for art, multi-cultural chant, movement, drumming, meditation and shamanic journey.

The combination of activities vary each session as we work with creative blocks and invite inspiration and acceptance into the space. We'll post the class format 1 week before.

We invite you to create freely as inspiration comes to you in the present moment.

All materials provided, most are recycled: paint, pastels, fabric, markers,
colored pencils, paper, ink..

No prior experience necessary, all levels and ages
welcome!

Please bring drums, rattles or other instruments so we can play together!

We work through creative blocks using sound healing methods, movement and meditation. We really want to emphasize that the point of this workshop is to release judgment which often creates creative blocks in the first place. It doesn't matter what your artwork looks like! It is the act of making art--the creative process that holds the power to free the artist and healer within you.
